On Dec. 29, marching band students from Lee’s Summit High School(LSHS), Lee’s Summit North (LSN) High School and Lee’s Summit West (LSW) High School will march in the nationally-televised Citrus Parade in Orlando, Florida. Students will participate in the parade as Lee’s Summit R-7School District, representing Tigers, Broncos and Titans. Approximately 300 marching band students from all three high schools will participate in the parade.

Lee’s Summit students will wear their respective high school uniforms and will wear an LSR7 hat. Flags and banners will also display the LSR7 logo.

Additionally, the LSN and LSW choirs will be performing in the Candlelight Processional at Epcot Center and the LSHS and LSW orchestras are participating in a movie soundtrack recording session together. The LSN orchestra is performing at Downtown Disney.
