The English Language Arts Department at Pleasant Lea Middle School selected the High 5 winners for October, the Science Department selected the winners for November and the Modern Language Department selected the winners for December. Congratulations to the winners!
For October: Trinity Waxter – Most Improved 7th grader, Audrey Felker – Outstanding 7th grader, Will Eckert – Outstanding 8th grader, Koty Chun – Most Improved 8th grader
For November: Rylan Ryan – Most Improved 7th grader, Hayley Dahn – Outstanding 7th grader, Dylan Dean – Outstanding 8th grader, Chi’Arion Farley – Most Improved 8th grader
For December: Chloe Chapman – Outstanding 8th grader, Ali Fisher – Most Improved 8th grader, Addison Smith – Outstanding 7th grader, Dallon Knox-Boudreaux – Most Improved 7th grader
The school’s Partners in Education, Lee’s Summit Medical Center and Mazuma Credit Union sponsor the award. The High 5 Award was designed to promote academic excellence among the students of PLMS.
Mazuma Credit Union also gives them a Freddy’s gift card.
