Governor Mike Parson hosted the Beef Promotion Tour to officially proclaim May as Beef Month. Starting at Kingsville Livestock Auction and ending at Hy-Vee, he visited with both farmers and consumers, with the end goal of increasing consumer beef demand. Governor Parson was joined by Director of Agriculture Chris Chinn and leadership from the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association and Missouri Beef Industry Council.
