Lee’s Summit Mayor William A. Baird will deliver the State of the City address, “Celebrating the Spirit of Community,” on Tues., Sept. 24 at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 220 SE Green St. Following the State of the City, there will be a reception at The Stanley, 25 SE Third St.

During his address, Mayor Baird will update the community about significant accomplishments and provide an outlook for the future. The State of the City is free to attend and open to the public.
