Congrats to Raytown native Stefan Camplin on being named the Great Lakes Valley Conference defensive player of the week.

Camplin, who was awarded the honor on Monday, recorded eight tackles and returned an interception 79 yards for a touchdown in a Missouri S&T win on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Camplin’s success has not been limited to just one game as he currently leads the Miners with 22 tackles this season. The sophomore linebacker is a 2018 Raytown High School grad who played under coach Logan Minnick.
