Lee’s Summit, MO Time: 2:24 p.m.

Suspect is described as follows:

Black female, 5’5″, Black curly hair, Glasses, Ball cap Navy hoodie

The suspect handed the teller a demand note, threatened a weapon, but none shown.  The suspect fled the bank with an undisclosed amount the currency.  The suspect was seen fleeing in what is described as a newer body red or maroon vehicle.  No injuries

On 12-12-2019 at approximately 1424, Officers were dispatched to the Central Bank of the Midwest, 1201 SW Oldham Pkwy on a reported armed robbery.

Witnesses indicate that a black female, about 5’5”, wearing a ball cap entered the bank, provided the teller with a note stating that she had a weapon and demanding money.

The female left with an undisclosed amount of money, entering a red vehicle and fleeing the scene.
