Lee’s Summit North at Ray-Pec (Friday Night Lights Tour Stop)
The LS North Broncos are just a Field goal shy of a perfect record and that’s what Ray-Pec enjoys heading into this week 4 match up. The Panthers won last week by a field goal and that will be the margin for a win again this week at home.
Lee’s Summit West at Liberty (Jake’s Take)
A great match up with two undefeated teams as 3-0 LS West visits 3-0 Liberty. LS West is coming off a 47-6 win at Lee’s Summit, while Liberty won a back & forth battle against LS North. I think West builds off last week’s big win taking this one on the road 31-28.
St. Joe Central at Lee’s Summit
A week 7 matchup is now a week 4 one thanks to schedule changes related to Covid 19. The Tigers look to return to the win column against the Indians who are also 1-2. Expect to see the Tigers offense hit its stride as the Tigers win this one easily.
Park Hill at Blue Springs
Park Hill may be 1-2 on the year but they come in off from a win against Blue Springs rival Blue Springs So. Can the Trojans sweep the City with another win on the road? Not likely as the Wildcats proved last week in scoring 42 points against Staley they are getting better and better.
Lafayette County at Summit Christian
A big one here as Summit Christian owns a three-game winning streak against Lafayette County. After wins in both the regular season and post-season last year the Eagles look to take down the Huskers again. When this one ends it’s the Huskers winning this match up again.
St. Michael at Tipton
This week the Guardians stay in state to play a road game this time against Tipton. Each game this season the Guardians have shown growth and the ability to stay close to their opponent. This week they will beat an opponent in earning their first win on the season.
Blue Springs South at Rockhurst
The Jaguars suffered a tough loss at home last week against Park Hill. This week it won’t be close as the Jags tangle with the Hawklets on their home turf and in the end fall to 0-4.
Smithville at Raytown South
The Ray South Cardinals scored a season high 36 points last week but also gave up a season high 66 points in a loss at Winnetonka. This week the Cardinals return home but not the victory column as Smithville gets a road win in this one.
Fort Osage at Raytown (Game airs on Spectrum Cable)
The bright lights and big cameras are heading to Raytown this week for the Cable game game of the week. The Blue Jays will enjoy performing for those in the stands and at home as they take a narrow win over the always tough Indians from Fort Osage.
