Ethan Cha, a student at Lee’s Summit High School, received the Missouri Award for Outstanding Achievement in Citizenship from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Cha received the honor for his outstanding academic achievement, leadership in school activities, community service and commitment to high standards of citizenship.
