Lee’s Summit School District R7 and their CM, McCownGordon Construction are requesting trade partner proposals for New Middle School #4. Scopes included in this Package include trade partners related to the envelope and interior finishes as well as MEPF. Site scopes include asphalt paving,
landscaping, fencing, and ballfields.
A virtual pre-bid will be held on October 13 th , 2020 at 3:00 pm. Please reach out to Ashley Pavlu for an invite.
All bids are due no later than 2:00 pm on October 22 nd , 2020 thru McCownGordon Construction’s online bid submission software, Building Connected. If electronic submission is not possible hard copies my be
delivered to 850 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64105. Bid will be publicly read, Zoom invite will be available for submitting trade partners.
