The Career & Technical Education team with the Lee’s Summit School R-7 District is hosting six virtual meetings for prospective business partners.

The LSR7 Career Education program seeks to establish partnerships with local and regional business leaders to advise on current industry skills, tools and technology needed to prepare students for today’s workforce. In addition to workforce development, the program aims to build relationships between the business community and students.

There are six opportunities for businesses to attend virtual meetings:
Computer Science: Nov. 9 at 4 p.m.
Culinary Arts: Nov. 10 at 4 p.m.
Construction Trades: Nov. 12 at 4 p.m.
Allied Health: Nov. 16 at 4 p.m.
Nursing: Nov. 17 at 4 p.m.
Bio Medical: Nov. 18 at 4 p.m.
