Adult learners are invited to attend our upcoming Professional Training and Education Open Houses, designed to help you find the workforce training  that fits your goals. Two events will be held in January, both from 5 to 7 p.m. on Jan. 5 and Jan. 26. Each open house will include information about job training for high-demand fields as well as career advancement.

These events are usually offered on the fourth Tuesday of each month although the late December open house will be moved to a special New Year/New You session on Jan. 5. Each open house provides timely information about training and scholarship opportunities via one-on-one sessions with a UCM representative. Thanks to a partnership with the Full Employment Council, qualifying individuals are able to receive debt-free tuition assistance. 

Certificate programs are available in high-demand areas such as healthcare, information technology, business and logistics/warehouse. Some training programs can be completed in as little as six weeks.
