September 3, 2022

On Saturday night September 10th, Raytown Live will present its final concert of the 2022 season on the Town Center Greenspace in downtown Raytown 6 to 8 p.m. The concert is free to the public to attend.

Headlining the event will be the Nick Schnebelen Band. During last year’s concert, the band played nonstop for two-hours and thrilled the crowd of approximately 400 with their inspired versions of blues classics and originals from Schnebelen’s most recent album ‘Crazy All By Myself’. Nick, Cliff Moore and Adam Hagerman always put on a great show and this year will be no exception.

This event will also serve as the finale to Raytown’s day-long citywide “Festival of the Trails” celebration and include an area for children’s games, food for purchase provided by Raytown Main Street Association and maybe even a few surprises. The Raytown Live concert series began in the Summer of 2018 as the idea of Raytown Mayor Michael McDonough and a small group of Raytown residents and community advocates. The intent was to produce family-friendly entertainment events at no cost to the city, involve local organizations and bring families, friends, and neighbors together to celebrate community.

Raytown Live is funded entirely by sponsorships and donations.
