Throughout the 2022 football season the Lee’s Summit North Broncos made numerous highlights on the field. On Wednesday, Dec. 7 a highlight was made off the field as Broncos offensive lineman Cayden Green was presented his All-American jersey in a morning ceremony held inside the LSN Fieldhouse. The Jersey ceremony was due to Green being named an Under Armour All-American.

The talented offensive tackle has been selected to play in the Under Armour All-American game set to be played on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023 in Orlando, Florida. Game time is at 1 p.m. central and will air live on ESPN. The OU commit comes in at 6’5” and 315 pounds.

His high school football coach, LS North Head football coach Jamar Mozee says of Green “an amazing young man.” Mozee describes Green as “respectful, trustworthy, hardworking and extremely talented in several ways.” Everyone knows Cayden as a dominant football player but Mozee also “admires his willingness to always work to get better.” Mozee is quick to say Green “will be missed at Lee’s Summit North. He’s one of the greatest football players to ever play here.”

Green will get one more opportunity to play on the high school level as he participates in the nation’s premier high school football showcase. Over 100 college recruits will take part in this year’s All-America game.
