What do you like the most about your team this season?
Kids are buying into being a solid team. We are tremendously athletic in the Secondary.
What concerns you the most about your team this season?
Graduated 32 Seniors off last year’s team and our offensive line is extremely young.

Lee’s Summit North Head Football Coach – Jamar Mozee
What do you like the most about your team this season?
A few things I like most about this team is the leadership, we have several guys that can help lead us to a great season. The other great attribute of this team is their experience.
What concerns you the most about your team this season?
No major concerns, just staying focused and hungry.

Lee’s Summit West Head Football Coach – Willie Horn
What do you like the most about your team this season?
The thing I like most about our team is our Senior leadership and experience that we bring back. We have had a strong summer and kids have bought in to the work needed to be successful.
What concerns you the most about your team this season?
I am concerned mostly about our depth up front because we will have a few young guys that will have to learn quickly on the OL/DL.

Summit Christian Academy Head Football Coach – Justin Giger
What do you like the most about your team this season?
SCA prides itself on having coachable and hard working kids. This year’s team is certainly no exception. I’m excited about the way our team has bonded and created close ties with one another.
What concerns you the most about your team this season?
Although we are returning several starters we are still very much a young team. We have a number of kids who are playing football for the very first time.

St. Michael’s Head Football Coach – Andrew Pitts
What do you like the most about your team this season?
I like the group of kids we have. They are a fun group to coach because they work hard, have good personalities and root for each other. I also really like our QB, Cam Zaun. He is returning as a starter and is very smart and talented.
What concerns you the most about your team this season?
My biggest concern is we have a lot of new people catching passes this year. We graduated our top 3 WR’s and our TE. Although, I am confident with the players we have coming up to replace them.
