Lee’s Summit North was host to a girls cross country meet on Saturady, Sept. 16 where Lee’s Summit and St. Michael’s were also competing. The host Broncos finished fifth as a team.

Boys cross country meet held at LS North included the host Broncos as well as rivals Lee Summit and LS West.

St. Michael’s boys soccer team traveled to Springfield, MO. to compete in the Missouri Catholic Showcase. Guardians shutout Jeff City Helias 2-0 on Friday, Sept 15. Then shutout Bishop Dubourg 1-0 on Saturday, Sept. 16 to improve to 9-0 on the season. Of the eight wins seven have come via shutout.

St. Michaels boys soccer played East Christian Academy and kept their perfect record on the 2023 season alive by recording a 3-0 victory. The win on Monday, Sept. 18 gave the Guardians a 10-0 mark with nine shutouts recorded.

Lee’s Summit Tigers boys soccer team made the short trip over to LS West on Tuesday, Sept. 19. The Titans outlasted the Tigers in overtime by a 2-1 count. The Tigers slip to 1-5 on the year while the Titans improve to 6-3 on the season.

LS North Broncos volleyball team lost to Liberty on Tuesday, Sept. 19. Broncos fall to 3-11 after losing the match 3-1.

LS North Broncos boys soccer team fall in PK’s 2-2 (2-3) to Blue Springs. Broncos record after the game was 2-7.

LS West Titans softball lost at home to Liberty North 6-5 on Monday, Sept. 18. Titans returned to action the very next night at Park Hill and beat the Trojans 12-1 to improve to 12-7 on the season. Titans next game is against rival Lee Summit.

St. Michaels volleyball team beats Grain Valley 25-20, 25-20 and 25-23.

Summit Christian softball shuts out Knob Noster 3-0 to earn a home win on Monday, Sept. 18. Following the game the Eagles record was 5-5 on the 2023 season.
