The LS West Titans boys track and field team won the Gold Division Conference championship on Friday, May 3. The team’s 4×100 relay team set a new school record at 42.09.

The final week of the regular season saw the LS North Broncos girls soccer team traveling up to Staley on Monday, May 6. The Broncos came home with a 3-1 win. Broncos improved to 11-5 on the season.

LS West Titans girls soccer traveled to Blue Springs South on Tuesday, May 7 for a non-conference match. The Titans returned home with a 3-2 loss. The Titans are 8-10 on the season.

Summit Christian Eagles girls soccer team hit the road on Tuesday, May 7 to visit Lutheran KC Knights in South Kansas City. The Eagles scored an 8-0 win in what was their regular season finale. The Eagles are 10-6 -1 on the season.

Lee’s Summit Tigers after being named the number one seed in the district tourney continued the regular season with a road trip north on Tuesday, May 7 to play state-ranked Park Hill South. The Tigers came back south with a 2-0 loss. The Tigers are 11-3-2 on the season.

The St. Michael’s girls soccer team will serve as host of a district tourney out at Paragon Star to begin post-season play. Last week of the regular season saw the Guardians visit Raytown South on Tuesday, May 7. The Guardians won 9-1 and improved to 9-7 on the season.

The Summit Christian Eagles boys golf team came home on Monday, May 6 as district champions. Peyton Smith led five Eagles with a 71. As a team the Eagles tallied a score of 308.

Lee’s Summit Tigers boys golf team competed in the Class 5, District 3 tourney on Monday, May 6. Tigers Garen Simpkins made the all-district team with a final round score of 77.
