My compliments to the professional staff at the Jackson County Sheriff’s department.

I had an appointment on June 29 and arrived early, the receptionist was friendly and helpful as she directed me to a waiting area and supplied a form I had forgotten to bring.

Even though I was early, the people with whom I came in contact were also friendly–and assured me that it would only be a few minutes before they could help me.

Sure enough, I was called into the office (early) and the several steps required were addressed immediately with good humor and patience.

My 10:30 scheduled appointment was completely finished by 10:37 AM.

I can say with certainty that the Jackson County Sheriff’s office is second to none for working with customers and protecting the public with efficiency and grace.
