Lake Lotawana residents recently held their annual Lake Lotawana Day with the theme of Lotawana Ohana.

The event kicked off at 8:00 p.m. Friday night, July 21 with a lighted boat parade.

The Lake Lotawana festivities started at 5:30 a.m. on Saturday morning with the Buddy Bass Tournament. Activities throughout the day included a pancake breakfast; mile run; mile swim; kids fishing derby; and kayak, canoe, paddle board, Opti and swim races.

The main event was the water ski show in the afternoon. The Bob Harvey Band capped off the day with an evening performance.
