The LSR7 School District is pleased to announce that the 33rd Annual College Night is returning to an in-person event at The Pavilion at John Knox Village located at 520 NW Murray Rd. from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24. More than 100 colleges, universities, military branches, and career focused organizations will be in attendance.
“College Night is a staple in this community. We offer this event not only to LSR7 families, but surrounding districts. It is wonderful news that we are hosting it in-person!” said Lee’s Summit High School College and Scholarship Coordinator Leslie Guyton.
Lee’s Summit West’s College and Scholarship Coordinator Melissa King added, “the numerous colleges scheduled to attend will give our students and their families a real sense of what choices they have as they consider what they want to do after high school.”
“Without this night, some students would not know the wide array of opportunities out there for college, military and/or career based education. We as a group could not be happier to welcome the many families/students that will benefit from this event!” said Cortney Moreno, Lee’s Summit North’s coordinator.
