Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Greenwood, Missouri will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at City Hall, 709  West Main Street, Greenwood, Missouri 64034 at 7:00 p.m. to determine if the Woodland Trails Community Improvement District will be formed. A petition for the establishment of the Woodland Trails Community Improvement District has been filed with the City Clerk.  The boundaries of the proposed district are generally the remaining unplatted residential areas of the Woodland Trails subdivision and including Prairie View Road and Wilds Parkway, and are represented on the map below:

A copy of the petition is available for review at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 709 West Main Street, Greenwood, Missouri 64034 during regular business hours.  All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
