Enrollment for Raytown schools opened last week and stores are already stocking back to school items. Don’t be fooled though, there is plenty of summer left.

Raytown Live takes place on the second Saturday of the month May through September at 7 p.m. on the Greenspace in Town Center located at 10009 62nd Street in Raytown. There are still two shows remaining for the 2023 season.

Lucidity Band will be performing on August 12. They are a band of friends rocking-out an eclectic blend of classic rock, country and American songs.

Levee Town will close out the season on September 9. This show will begin at 6 p.m. to coincide with the festivities of Raytown’s Festival of the Trails. Levee Town is a local favorite blues rock group. The have self-released eight albums, including their most recent album, “Trying to Keep My Head Above Water.”

Raytown Live is a free, family event. Food vendors will be on hand or bring a blanket and a picnic. For more information visit raytown.live.
