On June 29th, after a year’s delay, ReeceNichols was finally able to hold a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration for their new office located at 222 SW Main Street in downtown Lee’s Summit.

On hand for the event were city officials and representatives from the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Lee’s Summit Main Street. Also in attendance were many downtown Lee’s Summit merchants, ReeceNichols management and a host of Agents and their clients and friends.

The event included food from a variety of downtown Lee’s Summit restaurants and beverages from downtown merchants as well.

“Our team has been looking forward to hosting our community for this event for some time. The last year has presented obvious challenges, but our new neighbors have been so welcoming, and our outstanding group of agents and employees have remained focused on providing great service during these times” said Chad Dumas SVP of Brokerage and Broker for ReeceNichols-Lee’s Summit.

“It was so special to see a packed house, with everybody enjoying themselves. I am blessed to come to work here every day, so it was great to see others get a chance to experience the energy and environment that makes our office special. A huge thank you to everyone who came out and participated.”
