Tickets to the first Historic Lee’s Summit Trolley Tour are on sale now. This is a special evening planned for July 17, 2025, hosted by the Lee’s Summit History Museum. The open air 24 passenger trolley will include a guide and multiple stops around town. You must be 18 or older to participate. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased on the museum’s website www.leessummitmuseum.com or at the History Museum, located at located at 220 SW Main Street, during normal hours of Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. or Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. This will be a fun evening and an opportunity to support the History Museum.

This year is the 150th anniversary of the Lee’s Summit Fire Department. In appreciation for all our firefighters do for our community, the History Museum will offer free admission to all active firefighters during the month of June. A temporary exhibit is on display currently at the museum honoring this significant anniversary.
