While the city sleeps, Officer Speakman has been checking on your neighborhood for things that don’t belong.

So far in 2022, Officer Speakman has recovered 15 stolen vehicles. One vehicle was stolen from Raytown, four out of Lee’s Summit, five out of Kansas City, three out of Independence, one out of KCK, and one out of St. Joseph. One vehicle recovered was taken in a residential burglary.

Officer Speakman frequently checks Stolen KC to keep an eye out for these vehicles. Stolen KC posts helped with two of the vehicle recoveries.
