6/16/2020 UPDATE: The Raytown Police Department has cancelled an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 6425 Blue Ridge Cutoff, Raytown at 5:15 PM on 6-13-2020.

Jackson and Lang were located safe in Kansas City on 06/15/2020.

The Raytown Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 6425 Blue Ridge Cutoff, Raytown at 5:15 PM on 6-13-2020.

Missing Is:

Carllose Jackson a black male, age 6

Vehicle Information:

White 2006 Audi passenger car bearing Kansas registration, unknown numeric last seen 6425 Blue Ridge Cutoff traveling  north.

Possible suspect or associate is believed to be:

Angela N Lang, a white female, age 42, hgt 5’5, 150 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes. 

The endangered missing person:

Carllose Jackson, is a black, male, age 6, hgt 4’10”, 84 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. 

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident (Include pertinent medical, mental, or other well being information)

Carllose Jackson was removed from his mother Angela Lang’s care placed with a foster home by DFS on 6-3-2020.  Carllose was taken from the front yard of the foster home by his mother.  

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Raytown Police Department at 816-737-6020.
