All-District High School Choirs
Choirs Students in the vocal music program at Raytown High School were selected for all-district choirs. Those selected auditioned for these ensembles in October and will participate in the Kansas City Metro Honor Choir Festival on Saturday, Jan. 19 at Lee’s Summit High School.

All-District Choir selections include Logan Oehring and Joshua McCarroll. Oehring also auditioned for the All-State Choir on Oct. 27.
All-District Women’s Choir selections include Emma Hill, Lindsey Mahan, Courtney Reeves, and Tuesday Scanlon.
All-District Men’s Choir selections include Jujuan Ferrara and Jason Meyer.
Freshmen and sophomore choir students selected for the Freshmen and Sophomore Honor Choir include Benjamin Baker, Kylie Butler, Cheyli Ferbet, Gabrielle Fiene, Davione Key, Christopher Miller, Zion Noble, and Emily Sadler.
The Raytown High School Choir program is under the direction of Alex Kolster and Brenda Yeates.

All-District Middle School Orchestra
Middle school students from around the District were selected to represent the District in the All-District Middle School Honorable Mention Orchestra. Students selected for the for the All-District Middle School Honorable Mention Orchestra will perform on Jan. 12 at Paseo Academy of Fine and Performing Arts.

Students from Raytown Middle School include Mariana Evans, cello; Tochi Ihekona, viola; Marissa Johnson, cello; Izzie Lawrence, violin; and Nya Vargas, violin.
The Raytown Middle School Orchestra is under the direction of Amy Sadler.
Students from Raytown Central Middle School include Lucas Mayo, violin and Amaya Morgan, viola.
The Raytown Central Middle School Orchestra is under the direction of Austin Shults.
Students from Raytown South Middle School include Christjin Bell, violin; Kevin Collins, bass; Lemuela Desouza, violin; Reagan Kolb-Lott, violin; and Caleb Pennington, viola.
The Raytown South Middle School Orchestra is under the direction of Brandon Ford.

All-District Bands And Orchestras
Several high school and middle school students around the district were selected for the All-District Band, All-District Jazz Band, Honorable Mention All-District Band, All-District Full Orchestra, and All-District String Orchestra.

Students selected for the All-District Band will perform on December 8th at Lee’s Summit High School. High School students selected for the All-District Band will be eligible to audition for the All-State Band. Students selected for the All-District Jazz Band will perform on November 17th at 1:30 p.m. at the Gem Theatre in Kansas City, MO.
Students selected for the All-District Orchestra will perform on January 12th at Paseo Academy of Fine and Performing Arts. Students selected to the All-District Orchestras will be eligible to audition for the All-State Orchestra in December.

All-District Band selections from Raytown High School include David Sevart, first chair French horn; and Logan Oehring, fourth chair trumpet.
The All-District Jazz Band alternate selection from Raytown High School was Elliot Clemons, baritone saxophone.
Sevart, Oehring, and Clemons are also eligible to audition for the all-state band on Dec. 1.
The All-District Honorable Mention Band selection from Raytown High School was Danielle Ellsworth, fourth chair bassoon.
The Raytown High School Band program is under the direction of Joseph Hill.
The All-District Honorable Mention Band selection from Raytown South High School was Ashlie Woodruff, eighth chair flute.
The Raytown South High School Band program is under the direction of Erin Bonifield.
The All-District Full Orchestra selection from Raytown High School was Anna Ryan, fourth chair viola.
The All-District String Orchestra selection from Raytown High School was Darra Harper, 12th chair viola.
Ryan and Harper are eligible to audition for the all-state orchestra in December.
