Raytown High School student Emily Sadler recently had a celebration to remember!

On Nov. 16, Emily’s family, friends, teachers, and administrators surprised her with the news that she is cancer free after battling stage three thyroid cancer for two years.

As part of her treatment, Emily underwent chemotherapy, radiation, and multiple surgeries. Emily is the daughter of Raytown High School Orchestra program director Amy Sadler.
