To the editor,

There was lot of good news this week, but the weather was not it!

The good news was that the new governor of Kansas and the new governor of Missouri may have a joint conference in Kansas City.

I hope the governors will use the KCATA boardroom to help create the regional light rail.

This could unify the greater Kansas City regional light rail and go all the way to the KCI airport and create one stop for all three terminals!

This light rail would take a lot of traffic off of the interstate and save the highway departments a lot of money. This would also help tourists visiting Kansas City conferences and conventions get around.

I think it makes a lot of sense to run that light rail from Overland Park to KCI or run the light rail from St. Joe to KCI.
