After conducting a nation-wide search, Keller Williams Platinum Partners has announced the selection of Natalie Hartman to head the local real estate brokerage as CEO/Team Leader. She will assume her duties in Lee’s Summit on January 2, 2020.
Hartman comes to the Keller Williams Market Center in Lee’s Summit after having held the same role at Keller Williams Success Realty in Barrington, Illinois, located just northwest of Chicago. During her two-year tenure as CEO/Team Leader in Barrington, Hartman was instrumental in achieving record levels of growth through successful recruitment of top-producing sales associates as well as her down-to-earth and caring style of coaching which endeared her to her agents and staff. During those two years, KW Success Realty became the number three market center in the entire Mid-American Region of Keller Williams. Hartman started in the industry in 2005 and was with Keller Williams as a broker before accepting a Team Leader role.
