Gusto! Coffee Bistro in Lee’s Summit, MO is hosting Bow Wow Bistro to support The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City. Bow Wow Bistro will take place on July 16th from 9am until noon.
Activities include a look-a-like owner/dog contest, dog walk area, prize give aways, VIP table service, and a tail waggin’ good time for you and your best friend. Humane Society dogs will be there to meet their new forever families. Vendors such as KC Elite Dog Training, Grain Valley Animal Clinic, Organix Vegetable Shares and many more will complete this fun-filled event.

For $25, the first 50 participants will receive a goody bag filled with entry tickets to the owner/dog look-a-like contest, raffle tickets for door prizes, a free scone, as well as several coupons, dog treats and give away prizes from local businesses.

The three grand prizes for the owner/dog look-a-like contest are: Two hours of home cleaning from Helping Hands Cleaning Ministry, one organic vegetable box from Organix Vegetable Shares, and a Family Four Pack for Main Event Entertainment.

Door prizes will be given away every 20-minutes and include VIP car washes, as well as coupons to Long Bell Pizza, Long Bell Dry Cleaners and several other businesses.

The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City provides low-cost spay/neuter services and preventive veterinary care to help people on a limited budget to care for their pets, to provide education about proper pet care, and to reduce pet overpopulation and save lives by spaying and neutering.
