Raytown, MO – Police responded to the Family Dollar, 9601 E. 63rd Street in response to the report of a shooting on Monday, 08/20/2018 at approximately 12:40 P.M.

Upon their arrival, Officers learned that occupants of two vehicles had been involved in an argument. During the argument, a passenger of one of the vehicles fired shots at the other individual involved, striking their vehicle. Police took an adult male, and female into custody at the scene and a weapon was recovered.

No injuries were reported. Members of the Raytown Police Department Investigations Bureau were notified and responded to the scene.
