The National Congress of Black Women-KC Chapter presents their Founders’ Scholarship Luncheon – Reaching Milestones: One Woman At A Time Celebrating 5 Years on Saturday, Nov. 17th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Bruce R. Watkins Heritage Center located at 3700 Blue Parkway in Kansas City.
