Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is pleased to announce that SCA Teacher of the Year and Fine Arts Coordinator Mrs. Trissa Lucht was named the Great Plains Alliance of Christian School’s (GPACS) 2018 Teacher of the Year.

The announcement was made recently at the annual GPACS student conference held at MidAmerica Nazarene University.

The announcement was made at the annual GPACS student conference. GPACS is an alliance organized to provide a framework for communication and cooperation among Christian schools in the greater Kansas City area for preschool through secondary students. This is the third year of the GPACS Teacher of the Year program.

“We could not be happier for or prouder of Mrs. Lucht,” shared SCA Head of School Linda Harrelson. “This is a wonderful acknowledgment of her contributions to our music program and an exciting event for the entire SCA community.”

Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is an independent, non-denominational Christian school serving 816 preschool-12th grade students from over 150 area churches with a college preparatory Christian education.
