The Raytown Fire Protection District is excited to announce Ben D Chlapek has accepted a position with the District as our Emergency Medical Services Chief.

Ben brings with him a wealth of knowledge gained from a career of service; Ben served 31 years in the US Army and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Medical Services Corps, Ben has been a Paramedic since 1980 serving in multiple senior leadership roles in the KC area most recently as the Public Safety Training Coordinator for the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC). Ben was our top choice and we could not be happier to have him.
