The City of Lee’s Summit has launched LS Connect, a platform that provides a quick and easy way for residents to report common non-emergency concerns as well as receive City news and information. Powered by SeeClickFix, LS Connect can be accessed from a smartphone or computer.

When reporting a concern, residents will be able to provide the City with a picture, location and specific details. Users can track the progress of their reported concern and see concerns submitted by others to reduce duplicated reports.

The LS Connect mobile app is free to download on any iOS or Android device from the App Store or Google Play Store. In addition to notifying the City of non-emergency concerns, such as potholes, streetlight outages and code violations, the LS Connect app includes information on City services, job openings, news and more.

For residents who prefer to report concerns online, LS Connect is also available on the City’s website, cityofLS.net.

“With LS Connect, the City of Lee’s Summit is once again adding to the number of digital resources available for residents to stay engaged. LS Connect puts the ability to report concerns and connect to City resources right at your fingertips, all in an effort to provide more timely and efficient services,” said Steve Marsh, chief technology officer for the City of Lee’s Summit.
