***UPDATE*** The victim in the Raytown homicide investigation has been identified as Riley S. McCrackin, 19, Belton, MO. The investigation is ongoing by @MSHPTrooperDDCC & @RaytownPD Investigation Bureau. Anyone with information can remain anonymous & call Troop A Headquarters 816-622-0800.

Raytown MO- At about 10:50 P.M., Monday night (March 4, 2019) Raytown Police Officers were called to the alley behind Raytown Recreation, a pool hall, at 10012 E. 63 Street in response to someone being shot.

Upon the officers’ arrival, they located a deceased 19-year-old male in the alley, just outside the business, with multiple apparent gunshot wounds. There were other people inside and outside the business at the time of the shooting, who were not injured.

Two individuals were seen running away after the shooting, and were not located. The teen’s identity has not been released, pending notification of family. No arrests have been made in relation to the incident.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating, with Raytown Police Department Investigations Bureau assisting.

    And it was probably some kid with a gun thought he was cool cuz he had a gun . And look at.the lives he has affected or they whatever it may be. And they are going to spend most of your live in prison. I DON’T KNOW what is wrong with kids these days what is it going to take to stop the killing. And when they do catch you. And they will catch you it’s just a matter of time you will lots of time to think about what you have done
