On April 16, 2019, Prairie Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) in Lee’s Summit awarded the Bronze JROTC Medal to Cadet Carleigh Belz at the annual JROTC Award Recognition Ceremony held at the Lee’s Summit West High School Performing Arts Center.

Recipients of this DAR JROTC Award must have demonstrated loyalty and patriotism and earned a record of military and scholastic achievement.
