On February 22, 2019, a Certificate of Need (CON) application was submitted to establish a 56-bed assisted living and memory care community.

In accordance with 197.300 – 197.366 new institutions who offer health services should obtain a CON from the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee. The CON Program staff analyzed this application and the Committee found that there was a need.

The Committee issues this CON on Monday, May 6, 2019 to document and commemorate its affirmative finding of need as set for in: Project application #5353 RS per terms incorporated therein to Four Gem Homes, LLC (owner) to establish a 56-bed assisted living facility at 5810, 5815 and 5823 Hunter Court, Raytown, Mo 64133 with a project cost of $5,090,000.

The Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee commends all persons associated with the application for their assistance in the delivery of high quality health care to the residents of Raytown and the surrounding Kansas City Metro Community.
