Blood drives across the country are being cancelled at an alarming rate – which is creating a severe blood shortage for our hospitals in meeting the needs of people so desperately needing that support.

We would like to remind our community members that giving blood and working with/volunteering for blood banking agencies such as the American Red Cross falls under the classification of an Essential Function/Service – and helps ensure the continued availability of life-sustaining blood products.
