Don’t miss the third annual Feed Lee’s Summit fundraiser, scheduled on November 18, 2021 at the John Knox Village Pavilion. Since 2007, Feed Lee’s Summit/Empty Bowls has raised more than $250,000 for Lee’s Summit non-profit food providers.
This year the three Lee’s Summit Rotary clubs (Sunrise Rotary, Lee’s Summit Rotary, and Downtown Rotary) will be partnering together in hosting Feed Lee’s Summit. Feed Lee’s Summit Chairman, Carl Froeschle, stated “Our objective in this collaborative effort is to broaden the reach of this event in assisting the food insecure of our community, with a goal of raising $100,000.”
Beneficiaries of Feed Lee’s Summit include Coldwater, Meals On Wheels, One Good Meal and Lee’s Summit Social Services. They are proud to help raise funds for the collective mission of feeding those in need.
