Join the Lee’s Summit Symphony as they welcome special guest conductor, Steven D. Davis, to the stage on Saturday, Apr. 15 at 7 p.m. at The Pavilion at John Knox Village located at 520 NW Murray Road in Lee’s Summit.
The symphony is fortunate to have such a special conductor fill in at this concert as Davis is in constant demand. He has conducted across four continents, and regularly conducts in his favorite city, Kansas City. The musicians are looking forward to the opportunity to perform under the direction of Davis.
They will be ushering in spring with the performance of Dvorak’s Symphony No. 9 (New World) in its entirety, Machine — Jennifer Higdon, and City Beautiful — Ingrid Stölzel.

This concert is suitable for all ages and youth Pre-K through sixth grade get in free with an adult paid admission. Student tickets (7th grade through college) are available at the door or online.
