East Trails Middle School Principal Dr. Whitney Morehead won the Service Award for School Administrators from the Missouri Association of School Librarians.

She accepted the honor at the association’s Spring Conference.

The award recognizes a school administrator who’s made a significant contribution toward furthering the role of the school library media center. ETMS librarian Christie Brown nominated Dr. Morehead for this award.
