More than 100 people were on hand last week at the 2023 Raytown Kid’s Day at the C. Lee Kenagy Park Shelter.

This annual day, put on by Raytown Parks and Recreation, encourages parents, friends, and family to take the day off and spend time with children.

The free event included a petting zoo – courtesy of Paramount Pony, exploring ambulance, fire truck and police cars, and free games hosted by Spring Valley Baptist Church.
