Vanessa Hickman is assuming role as Interim Executive Director of Lee’s Summit Cares.

In her years at Lee’s Summit CARES, Hickman has exemplified what it looks like to put people first and connect them to the programs that align with their strengths and needs. The Board is confident in her ability to maintain and lift up the mission of Lee’s Summit CARES in the interim, as the search for a new Executive Director begins.

Lee’s Summit CARES is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and are working to ensure all responsibilities have been transferred accordingly. Lee’s Summit CARES appreciates the stakeholder’s patience during this transitional time.
