Lily Smith, Afton Lin, Sage Morgan, Courtney Lillard and Vy Nguyen were recently recognized for their outstanding artwork by High Tech Solutions.

The Lee’s Summit High School art students’ holiday card designs were selected by the company and will be sent to their customers throughout the world.

The students made individual presentations to Dan Phillips, company president, and his staff, explaining their inspirations and research for the cards. The company donated $500 to the LSHS National Art Honor Society. The funding will help sponsor the Lee’s Summit Art Olympics.

A number of art students from LSHS also toured High Tech Solutions on Nov. 21 as part of the project.
