The Court will be closed on President’s Day, February 18, 2019

There are no location changes for major dockets for Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Jackson County Courthouse downtown at 415 E. 12th Street. The courthouse is closed due to the repair of a water line break. All other courthouses and court buildings are open. The location of hearings that have changed for Friday, February 15, 2019 have been made by individual judges and their staffs. All litigants should follow the guidance provided by their attorneys for this date. Updated information is available on the Court’s website at www.16thcircuit.org in the “Public and Legal Notices” area of the home page. In addition, the 16th Judicial Circuit Court will be closed at all of its locations on Monday, February 18, 2019 for the President’s Day holiday. Court operations will resume on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 8:00 a.m.
