JACKSON COUNTY –The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting pavement work along portions of I-470 in both directions at View High Drive on Monday, July 15, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning. All work is weather permitting and includes the following:
· The westbound I-470 exit to View High Drive will be CLOSED.
· The on ramp from View High Drive to both eastbound and westbound I-470 will be CLOSED.
This work will impact overnight motorists. Motorists must find alternate routes during this time.

They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
