The Jackson County Health Department will be conducting COVID-19 testing for essential workers this Wednesday, May 13th, 2020 at the Cable Dahmer Arena (formerly Silverstein Eye Centers Arena), 19100 E Valley View Pkwy, Independence, MO 64055.

Appointment slots will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Use the form found at the following link to register: https://form.jotform.com/201247291533147

You must register in advance for this testing. The deadline to register is 4 p.m. Monday, May 11. At that time, they will be opening registration to more public essential workers.

There is no cost associated with this testing. You do not need to be currently exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms to be tested.If you have a face mask, be sure to wear it to your appointment.

When you register, you will choose an available appointment time. Be sure to write down your appointment time as appointment time confirmation email will not be sent. If you should need to cancel or reschedule, call 816-404-6416 by 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 12.
