Robert O. Hartley “Bob”, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 20, 2018. Bob was born to Orville and Mary Hartley on September 18, 1932.

Bob was in the Air Force for 4 years and worked as one of the flight crew on a North American B-25C Mitchell Airplane. After the Air Force, he spent 32 years working for IBM. Bob moved to Escondido in 1996 and lived there for 21 years.

Bob is survived by his wife, Nancy Hartley; his children, Marc (Kimberly) Hartley, Brian (Shannon) Hartley, Bruce (Kelly) Hartley, Gregory Vinum, Jeffrey Vinum and Heidi Charles; along with his sister, Mary Ruth Bateman and his 6 grandchildren, Robbie (Syndey) Hartley, Brooke Hartley, Molly Hartley, Camille Hartley, Brett Hartley and Alana Hartley. May He Rest In Peace.
