Alliance Water Resources is pleased to announce that Tim Geraghty, former Vice President and Director of Operations, has been appointed as the new Alliance President. In addition, Ann Perkins, Alliance’s current Director of Finance, has added the title of Vice President.
Dale Wagner, owner of the company and previous President, will remain involved in the company through his role as Chairman of the Board. Wagner says, “The time was right for a change in leadership at Alliance. I have been impressed with Tim’s skills and expertise for many years and look forward to seeing the company grow under his influence. I know he will do an outstanding job!”
Geraghty began his career with Alliance Water Resources sixteen years ago as a Local Manager. In his time at Alliance, he has served in a variety of roles. In 2011 he was promoted to Division Manager, and in 2014 he became the Director of Operations. He says he has enjoyed watching the company grow and take on new challenges.
Geraghty brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having previously been involved in multiple aspects of the business including operations, management, training, safety, regulatory compliance and business development. He says Alliance is a company of professional, dedicated people who believe in the work they do for the communities they serve.
Supporting Alliance’s client communities and developing its people are two of Geraghty’s top priorities. He believes the people of Alliance genuinely enjoy what they do and working together. Geraghty feels one of his vital responsibilities as President will include being a steward of Alliance’s employee-centered culture.
Another focus for Geraghty will be to nurture company growth. He says, “Our company is growing, and it’s important that our leadership team continues to focus on its current clients while looking for new opportunities.” In addition to Geraghty, the executive team consists of long-tenured employees including Vice President and Director of Finance Ann Perkins, Director of Compliance and Human Resources Mark Mahler and Director of Marketing and Business Development Terry Merritt.
The corporate support management team is comprised of highly qualified subject matter experts, including Human Resource Manager Brian Tveitnes, Accounting Manager Stacey Wheeler and Computer Services Manager Anthony Hays. The team has a wealth of experience and is dedicated to providing support for the entire Alliance operation.
